How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are vary depending on the items ordered and the size and weight of your order. We try to keep this as cost effective as possible.
How long are shipping times?
Orders are generally dispatched within 1-5 business days of placing an order. Unless items are pre-order, refer product information for pre-order timelines.

Shipping takes approximately 2-14 business days to arrive depending on your location. Larger or heavier orders may take longer. Please note these times are estimates.

Pre-Orders
I ordered an item listed as “pre-order.” When will it arrive?
Pre-ordered items are not available to ship at the time of purchase. Shipping timelines on pre-orders are detailed in the product description, as well as in your confirmation email. Note that unless otherwise noted, any order that includes a pre-order item will not ship until all items are available.
Please check the product description for details on when pre-order items will ship. Shipping and delivery dates on these items are not guaranteed and approximate estimations of when inventory is due. This timeline can vary.
While we make every effort to communicate accurate delivery estimates around your orders, unanticipated production delays for pre-order items do happen. If an item in your order has been affected by a delay, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
All sales including pre orders are final sale. No Exceptions

Yes! If you do place a pre-order from our store, please note the following:

Payment is charged immediately at checkout.

If you are ordering a pre-order item with an in-stock item, unless otherwise noted, your order will ship when the pre-order item becomes available.

What's your return policy?
We only offer returns on faulty or damaged items, not for change of mind or sizing errors. If an item is damaged just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and once approved we’ll give you your money back in full or a replacement sent. We will either ask for you to return the product or dispose of the item. If possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.
All sales are final.
Can I cancel my order?
All sales are final, including pre orders. No exceptions.
What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong color, damaged or defective, - then simply notify us, and if applicable we will give you a refund or send a replacement. Simply just provide us with a photo so we know exactly whats up!
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges or returns. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know at info@themilkbarcollective.com
