How much is shipping?

Shipping is currently between paid and FREE to the USA, Canada and Australia depending on items ordered. We try to keep this as cost effective as possible.

How long are shipping times?

Orders are generally dispatched within 1-5 business days of placing an order.

USA

Items specifically from our NEW collection ship within 5-8 business days

Select few items outside the NEW collection can take approximately 8-22 business days to ship after dispatch. With vast majority arriving in 10 business days.

Canada

Items specifically from our NEW collection ship within 5-8 business days

A few Items outside the NEW collection take approximately 8-27 business days to ship after dispatch.

Australia

Items from the NEW Collection ONLY, you can choose your shipping option.

Small Packet International – Air - 6-10 business days

Tracked Packet™– International - 6-10 business days

Xpresspost™–International - 4-7 business days

ALL other items outside of the “NEW” collection can take 8-30 business days to ship after dispatch.

We will provide you with a tracking number when available, your order may also be shipped in multiple shipments for us to optimize shipping and delivery times.

 

What's your return policy?

We only offer returns on faulty or damaged items, not for change of mind or sizing errors. If an item is damaged just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and once approved we’ll give you your money back in full or a replacement sent. We will either ask for you to return the product or dispose of the item. If possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately order cancellations are not possible once order has been fulfilled & processed, if for any reason you wish to cancel your order please email us immediately at info@themilkbarcollective.com. Whilst we cannot guarantee any cancellations, we will do our best if the order has not been processed.

 

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong color,  damaged or defective,  - then simply notify us, and if applicable we will give you a refund or send a replacement.  Simply just provide us with a photo so we know exactly whats up!

 

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges or returns. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know at info@themilkbarcollective.com
