Refund policy
All sales are final, including Pre Order items.
We only offer returns & refunds on defective or damaged products.
We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including pre orders.
Pre orders are ordered especially for you and cannot be cancelled. No exceptions.
While we make every effort to communicate accurate delivery estimates around your orders, unanticipated production delays for pre-order items do happen. If an item in your order has been affected by a production delay, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
We provide measurements for all items when available, it is the customers responsibility to check these measurements.
Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product’s color and design, actual colors and design may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings, we will not accept responsibility for any colour or design differences that are not defective or damaged items.
No returns, returns or exchanges will be accepted.
If for some reason you have received a damaged or defective item simply tell us what went wrong, send along a photo detailing what is wrong with your item, and once approved we will either send you a return shipping label to send the item back to us or ask you dispose of the item. Once the item has been either returned or disposed we will provide you with a refund.
All refund/damage requests must be within 5 business days of receiving the goods

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds for damage or defective items
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
