The Milkbar Collective ("we" and "us") is the operator of (www.themilkbarcollective.com). By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
Shipping Costs & Locations
Shipping costs are dependent on the size and weight of the items in your order.
US Shipping is currently FREE on orders $75+ excluding Alaska & Hawaii, Military addresses & US protectorates (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa)
All sales are final sale. Including Pre-Orders.

Shipping time & fulfilment
Normally orders are generally fulfilled and dispatched within 1-5 business days of your order being placed.
USA
Shipping takes approximately 2-14 business days to arrive depending on your location. Larger or heavier orders may take longer. Please note these times are estimates.
Canada
Shipping takes approximately 2-14 business days to arrive depending on your location. Larger or heavier orders may take longer. Please note these times are estimates.
Australia
Shipping takes approximately 5-22 business days to arrive depending on your location. Large or heavier items may take longer. Please note these times are estimates.
Pre-Orders
Pre-ordered items are not available to ship at the time of purchase. Shipping timelines on pre-orders are detailed in the product description, as well as in your confirmation email. Note that unless otherwise noted, any order that includes a pre-order item will not ship until all items are available.
Please check the product description for details on when pre-order items will ship. Shipping and delivery dates on these items are not guaranteed and approximate estimations of when inventory is due. This timeline can vary.
Please note minor delays are possible due to global shipping & tariff changes — we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
While we make every effort to communicate accurate delivery estimates around your orders, unanticipated production delays for pre-order items do happen. If an item in your order has been affected by a delay, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
All sales including pre orders are final sale. No Exceptions
Tracking Notifications
If tracking is available customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. Please allow 24-48 for these updates to process.
Stock Availability
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are only able to change the address before the order has been dispatched. However this cannot be guaranteed.
Please email us immediately if you wish to make a request and we will do our best to accommodate.
Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you and ask if you wish to wait for your item or receive a full refund and we will dispatch the rest of the order.
Shipping Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the estimated forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
*Please bear in mind that whilst the delivery situation with Covid-19 has improved, on the odd occasion this can still cause some delays to the estimated shipping time. Please be patient if this does occur as its out of our control*
Please note we will not issue refunds if there is a delay in the shipping time out of our control.
Import Duties & Taxes
All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. This is dependant on your countries customs and imports duties limit and value of the goods. If you do get charged, we are not responsible for these fees in any way.
If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by The Milkbar Collective.
If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees the cost of original order, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
Cancel Order Requests
Orders cannot be cancelled. All sales are final, including pre orders. No exceptions.
Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for items that could not be shipped to their destination because of an incorrect or undeliverable address.
It is the responsibility of the customer to review their shipping address and information for accuracy before completing the purchase. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect address.
This includes Return to Sender packages. Orders will not be refunded if they have been "returned to sender" due to an insufficient or incorrect shipping address. The customer will be held responsible for return to sender shipping costs and any re-shipping charges that may occur if the item has been successfully returned to sender.
It is the customer's responsibility to notify us of any address changes prior to the shipment of a pre-order item. Pre-orders will ship as soon as they arrive at our facility. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and up to date. We are not responsible for any issues or losses resulting from address changes that were not communicated before the order ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The Milkbar Collective will not be held responsible in the event where your package is believed to be stolen or goes missing after the carrier marks it as delivered.
If you believe your package has been stolen or misplaced, it is up to the customer to file the appropriate claims with USPS/FedEx/UPS/Canada Post or relevant postal service and file a police report if necessary. We will not issue refunds or replacements once the package is marked as delivered by the courier.
